If you have read “Literacy In Schools:  Incompetence and Fraud” you will know my concern regarding Literacy leadership in schools and my opinion that many professionals, some very senior, are out of their depth on this topic and putting in place weak provision that does not work.  In addition to this my blog was concerned with schools being commended as “Outstanding in Literacy” when actually this is far from true.
